Extract inline recipe at scaffold.md §10.11 (line 1205) to docs/recipes/add-mcp-app.md.

Standalone MCP product. Auth posture: OAuth 2.1 + PKCE + RFC 8707 mandatory (open question #7 resolved on 2026-05-02). API keys only for private-network single-tenant.
