Extract inline recipe at scaffold.md §10.8 (line 1166) to docs/recipes/add-marketing-site.md.

Astro+islands marketing site (carve-out from the React+Vite product-surface lock). Reuses Tailwind v4 + shadcn theme tokens; only <Island client:*> ships React.
